The moment I saw this beautiful, large, high quality aventurine bead, I knew that I wanted to create something with it. I tried different chain ideas which didn’t work. However, when I saw these chips, I knew that they would go together well. Not only did I like the complementary earthy colors, I also liked the contrast between the highly polished aventurine and the rough-looking (but polished for comfort) chips. I also added a few round 6 mm. green aventurine beads here and there, and made the 30” long necklace continuous so that you just slip it over your head, or double it up and tie it in the back, as you see in one of the pictures.
The aventurine focal is 1” x 7/8” x 5/8”
The necklace will arrive in an attractive jewelry box.
