This striking necklace is a combination of old and new. The Czech faceted bronze beads that make the chain, are more than 20 years old (the definition for Vintage) and they look perfect with the large, almost heart shaped jasper beads. I tried a few other combinations but settled on this because I like the contrast between the shiny faceted beads and the rough etched and flat dusty green ones.
The choker is 17” long and ends with a complementary barrel fastener. The jasper beads are 1 5/8” x 1 5/8” at the widest.
The faceted bronze beads are approximately 8 mm. x 6 mm.
This one-of-a-kind stunning necklace, looks better in real life than in its picture.
